Floral steam
Place a small amount of the dried flower mixture in a bowl, then pour hot, but not boiling, water over it.
Let it steep for a few moments, then place your face over the bowl, at a comfortable distance. Cover your head and the bowl with a bath towel to gently retain the steam.
Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let the steam gently envelop your face for a few minutes.
The floral compress
Once the steam bath is complete, let the water cool to a comfortable temperature. Soak a clean towel in this delicately flower-scented water, then gently wipe it over your face.
Gently dry your skin, then follow with your usual skincare routine.
