1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered on the L’Atelier Mâlya website.
They apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers acting for private purposes.

As some products are handmade or prepared by hand, slight variations from one product to another may also occur. These variations do not constitute a defect where they do not affect the quality, conformity or normal use of the product.

3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time the order is placed.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
L’Atelier Mâlya reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders
Before confirming your order, you may review and amend the information entered and the contents of your basket.
An order becomes final once it has been confirmed by the customer and payment has been successfully confirmed.
An order confirmation will then be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including in the event of an obvious error concerning the price or characteristics of a product, suspected fraud or exceptional product unavailability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer.
5. Payment
Payment for the order is made using the payment methods offered on the website at the time of purchase.
The order will only be prepared and dispatched once payment has been confirmed, subject to any specific conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
6. Delivery
Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and any applicable restrictions are indicated during the ordering process.
Delivery times provided are estimates, unless a specific delivery timeframe has been expressly agreed.
We make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes.

Any additional costs relating to customs duties, import taxes or customs formalities applicable to an international delivery will be indicated in accordance with the delivery conditions applicable to the destination concerned.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of your order to exercise this right without having to provide a reason.

8. Legal Guarantee
Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity.
Where a product has a lack of conformity covered by the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the rights provided for under the applicable legislation, including rights relating to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract where the legal conditions are met.
The statutory guarantee does not limit any other rights that the consumer may have under applicable legislation.
